That's right, hard-boiled eggs.
I am on the Dukan diet for the forseeable future, and I will be consuming plenty of these babies.

Sooooo ... how did it go? I tried cutting carbs during 2012, not always successfully. Am determined to try harder as I'm sure it's a good idea. Feel free to post an update ;-)

Oh Karin - I am afraid it lasted about 4 days. I am afraid I'm just a carbs kind of guy :-)
