I love Barbara Dickson! Long before I Know Him So Well, I was a boy-fan, grooving away to her smash hit January February on hot North Queensland afternoons.
Here she is with one of her early hits, looking absolutely adorable.

Barbara Dickson is one of the finest singers the UK has ever produced. Answer Me - her first and best hit single - is superb but I have to admit I'm very glad Ms Dickson has largely turned her back on pop music these days and returned to her folk/trad roots. She is now making some of the best and most interesting music of her long and distinguished career.
