Meditation: an in-depth guide

Many of you know that I'm an absolute meditation fiend.
And while I can't lay claim to any great stage of enlightenment, I am still humbly and doggedly pursuing a meditation practice that has been with me for about 20 years now. And I must say that each and every day is still a struggle.
I am very excited by a new release coming out next month from one of the godfathers of meditation in Australia, Ian Gawler.
Mr. Gawler is a charming and inspiring man, and I have been to hear him several times over the past few years. I know he has been responsible for introducing many Australians to meditation, and his own particular focus on health and the management of pain has been invaluable to many.
So this is on my list for next month. I think it will give me a whole lot of new insights and aids to meditative practice.

Meditation: an in-depth guide
